Asbestos is a hazardous material requiring special considertion before removal. We are happy to offer advice and guidance regarding Hazardous Waste.
Asbestos is priced per tonne with a 1t minimum. There will be a small charge for the disposable protective equipment needed, and for administration, which is paid by the Landfill Site to the Environment Agency.Haulage is charged seperately to give you a clear picture of each cost.
Asbestos Removal Guidance
Step 1. Register your site as a Hazardous Waste Producing Site with the Environment Agency. You will receive a site Code in the form of three letters and three numbers i.e. ABC123
Step 2. We can produce the forms needed to accompany the load in transit.
Step 3. A skip can now be delivered to your site.
Step 4. We will need at least 24 hours notice before we can collect the skip.
The information we will need from you includes, the Site Code, your full Trading or Home address and the full address of the site where the material is to be removed from.
